Facebook has decided to rollout the new "timeline" feature, meaning people will have, yet another, reason to complain about using Facebook. I've already had the feature for some time now, so this update doesn't surprise me... however, I was intrigued by the logo Zuckerberg chose to use at the presentation. Looks an awful lot like the the logo from those damned Dharma Initiative bastards from LOST, right?

By this point I've seen all types of light-up home displays set to music. Generally they're all holiday themed and usually include some pop song that has nothing to do with Halloween or Christmas or whatever. This one is a bit different... Mostly because it's all about "being American" and seems to be sponsored by SemperFiFund.org. I don't know if there is some sort of political affiliation with this website, but when you post a video online with political themes there is always some sort of fallout (read: top comment on youtube)

If you've lost interest in thinking about Tim Tebow, don't read the rest of this article. It will only make you crazy. I've just watched the Denver Broncos defeat the Minnesota Vikings, 35-32. Tebow was awful in the first half, passing for just 13 yards. He was quite good in the second half, finishing 10-of-15 for the game and completing three passes of more than 20 yards, a minor achievement he hadn't accomplished all year. The Broncos won by intercepting a pass in the final minute and kicking an easy field goal, so it would be misleading and reactionary and inaccurate to say that Tebow won them the game. Sometime in the last year, dubstep became the music of choice for the youth of the nation. During that time, a 5 foot white guy with half his head shaved, named Sammy Moore, elevated himself to god-like status. His music (and most others in the genre) sounds like what happens when you give a cat a metronome and lock him inside of a drum and bass machine. Dubstep is generally awesome, but it remains a debate as to whether or not it requires actual music talent to master it. I can probably make a beat in Garageband and add in some electro-synths to it too, but would they nominate me for a Grammy as a result? That being said, Skrillex has just been nominated for several Grammy awards, so I guess that means dubstep is actual music and it's probably not going away for a long time...

A Utah bird hunter was shot in the buttocks after his dog stepped on a shotgun laid across the bow of a boat. Box Elder County Sheriff's Deputy Kevin Potter says the 46-year-old Brigham City man was duck hunting with a friend when he climbed out of the boat to move decoys. Potter says the man left his 12-gauge shotgun in the boat and the dog stepped on it, causing it to fire. It wasn't clear whether the safety on the gun was on at the time. READ MORE
